Sculpture > Noseface

Mar 31, 2015

Noseface was the outcome of a first-year sculpture class. This piece was based on principles of wearable sculpture, and sensory exploration. When worn, three PVC pipes parallel to one's vision and hearing, slightly throw off and disorient the experience of vision and sound. Tessellated mirrors reflect downward gaze but with a fractured image, and chimes on the ears create noise, to muddy the real-world sounds around the wearer.
